Our civil engineering dept. has gained a reputation for quality workmanship completed within budget for even the most technically complicated contracts under the most difficult conditions.
We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and receive many repeat orders as a result. We can help to interpret a client’s requirements and construct a quality solution within the given parameters of cost, time and quality.
Our highly qualified management team is complemented by a highly experienced workforce – and we have established an excellent health and safety record over a wide variety of contract types. Contracts undertaken range from earthworks and drainage schemes to reinforced concrete structures and full site servicing projects.
Our approach is characterised by teamwork, flexibility and utilisation of the latest technology in day-to-day operations. Recent technological development have seen the company diversify into the field of trench-less pipe installation and rehabilitation works.

The main contractor Wates, brought in specialists Avonside to refurbish the exterior of our local Coop Supermarket. They enlisted our expertise to bring the car park up to the desired standard.
The finishing touches to this family home in Aithsetter included laying drainage channels, some minor concrete work, building a decking area with storage underneath, building a garden wall and grading & tarring the driveway.
Although this driveway was not untidy, we still managed to create quite a transformation as you can see.
